As part of our ongoing system improvements, please be advised that starting November 11, it will be mandatory to update the ITSP login passwords. This change is essential to maintain the security and integrity of our system.
Those using Microsoft SSO for logging in will not be impacted by this change.

Please note that by default the V1 API passwords will remain unaffected. However, administrators may choose to update the V1 API passwords at the same time if desired.
