REMINDER: Upcoming Planned Maintenance

Dear PDMS-SP Users,

Here at Poly, we are excited to inform you about our upcoming system upgrade - Poly is adding a new set of device management servers on 01 July 2023, which requires us to add additional public IP addresses. As a result, we kindly request that you whitelist the following IP addresses to ensure the seamless operation of our platform:

- 52.8.20.149
- 52.9.229.16
- 54.241.48.140
- 13.52.210.238
- 204.236.138.88
- 50.18.168.62
- 184.72.55.147
- 13.56.43.7
- 54.176.97.248
- 52.52.77.187
- 13.56.22.142
- 52.9.45.42

A list of the most up-to-date IP addresses and FQDNs is posted on our administrator guide here,

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but please be assured that this upgrade will enhance our service delivery and provide an even better experience for you.
