Starting March 7th at 7pm Mountain Time, PDMS-SP will be taken offline through March 11th, 7pm Mountain Time as we complete the migration of functionality into Poly ZT.
During this time:
o Access to the system will not be available o All services will be taken offline (Web, API, and Device) o OBi devices will be unable to perform zero touch provisioning o Active Manageability will be unavailable through PDMS-SP during this time o Reporting and activity occurring during the maintenance window will be unavailable through PDMS-SP and will not be captured for historical purposes o Device Claims for new devices will not be possible
Updates to the timelines as well as any additional information during this window will be communicated through the "Poly Cloud Services Status" - https://status.plcm.vc/
